		<description>Working out for over 20 years, it wasnt until the last 5 years that I started to seee major growths, etc. (mainly from the suggestions here) working out with heavy weight--definitely working out with a partner to spot, eating every two hours with protien and amino suppliments, and cardio one can really transform their body! I especially say this to the other &quot;hard gainers&quot; that I used to be,..stick in there and eventually your body catches up and changes!</description>
