Sorry for the late reply, I just got back from vacation.

Teri, this can happen as the testosterone levels in your body increase. As you are saying that your thighs are &quot;very flabby&quot; I recommend toning them first before working on building back the muscle.

To tone them quickly and efficiently I would work out quads and hamstrings twice a week doing long single sets until exhaustion. Put the right amount of weight so that you can just barely do 30 reps.  Try this for 4 weeks and let me know if you see a difference. Also, it would be helpful for you to receive leg massages during this time.
